Who we are

Meyer's Pool Care is a family-owned pool service company at 1904 Industrial Blvd #105, Colleyville, TX 76034. You can reach us at info@meyerspoolcare.com or (817) 442-5787. This page explains what information this website collects and what we do with it.

The quote form

When you send the quote form, we ask for your name, email, phone number, address, and some details about your pool and the work you need. We use that information to respond to your request, put together your quote, and schedule the work. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for anything unrelated to your request.

Text messages

We only text you if you check the box on the quote form saying it's OK. Those texts are about scheduling and service updates, typically 1 to 2 messages a week at most. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Third parties

A few services help this website run. The quote form is delivered to our inbox by a form delivery service, which processes what you submit so it reaches us. The site's fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading a page here doesn't send a font request to Google or any other font service. And like any website, a hosting provider serves the pages. None of these arrangements involve selling your information.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and run the business. If you'd like your information deleted, email info@meyerspoolcare.com or call (817) 442-5787 and we'll take care of it.

Questions about any of this go to info@meyerspoolcare.com.
