How it works

From "something's wrong" to fixed.

Tell us what's happening

Call (817) 442-5787 or send the form. Photos of the equipment help a lot, and you can email them right after you send the form.

Get a clear diagnosis and estimate

We figure out what's wrong and give you a fair estimate before any work starts. If it's not worth fixing, we say so.

A licensed pro does the work

The repair gets done right, and if you're on weekly service, your tech keeps an eye on it every visit after.

Fresh mastic joint between pool coping and deck

The repair nobody knows they need

Mastic: the little joint that saves your deck.

Mastic is the flexible seal between your coping and your deck. Texas soil moves, and mastic is what absorbs that movement. When it cracks or pulls away, water gets underneath and starts working on your deck and the pool shell.

Replacing worn mastic costs a fraction of repairing what failed mastic causes. If yours is cracked, get it looked at before the next big rain.

Have Us Take a Look

Common questions

Repair questions, answered.

My pump just stopped. What do I do right now?

Kill the power to the equipment at the breaker so the motor doesn't cook itself, then call us. If it's freezing outside, follow our freeze protection guide and drain the equipment before ice does real damage.

Do you give estimates before starting work?

Every time. For non-weekly customers there's a flat diagnosis fee that applies toward the repair if you approve the work; diagnosis is free for weekly customers. Either way, you'll know what's wrong and what it costs before we touch anything, and if the honest answer is "don't fix it," you'll hear that too.

Do you work on salt systems and heaters?

Yes, both, along with pumps, motors, filters of all types, and in-ground cleaners. If it's part of your pool system, we can work on it.

Do you handle warranty work?

We handle Jandy warranty work, for current and non-current customers alike. Other brands' warranty claims go through the dealer who installed the equipment.

I think my pool is leaking. Can you find it?

We do leak detection. If you're topping the pool off more than usual, tell us what you're seeing and we'll track it down.
